Shipping

At CMYK Shop all UK standard domestic shipping is free and included in the price.

Your order will be sent via Royal Mail or where necessary courier. Providing your product is in stock, it will be dispatched within one working day upon receipt of payment.  With the exception of weekend and bank holiday orders, products purchased before 2pm will usually be dispatched the same day. Standard delivery can take between 2-3 working days to arrive.

Occasionally we may be waiting for shipments from our suppliers, which could result in a short delay in your item being dispatched. We will do our best to contact you and keep you updated should this problem arise.

If you are ordering from outside the UK, you will be responsible for any customs duties or tariffs added within the country to which the item has been sent.

CMYK Shop cannot be held responsible for disruption to shipping caused by industrial action or disputes, which are outside our control. If such disruption occurs, you will be offered alternative methods of delivery or a full refund.

Returns Policy

All of the products on this site are top quality authentic brands and we are confident that you will be happy with your purchase. We also hand check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.

However, if you are unhappy with your goods we will happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, unused and complete with all original packaging, and in resalable condition.

- All returns must be unused in original packaging and working order

- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.

- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, as not to be damaged in the post.

- Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

- If returned an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the packaging 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. CMYK Shop is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.

- Please make sure that the returns form in enclosed with you goods, as no form may result in your return not being processed.
